(MyFantasyLeague.com Fantasy Times Sources - Dec 28, 2009) In a week 16 Erie League 8 intra-divisional showdown, *The Pack beat a strong *The Big House 8 team by a score of 103.75 to 86.50, extending the winning streak for *The Pack to 8 games.
*The Pack were led to their 17.25 point victory by a 17.75 point effort from Aaron Rodgers, who got by the Seattle Seahawks defense for 237 passing yards and 1 passing TD in addition to 9 rushing yards. They also got help from a 15.80 point effort from Wes Welker, who beat the Jacksonville Jaguars defense for 138 receiving yards. "This team has finally learned how to win," *The Pack coach John Kastenbauer said. *The Big House 8 were helped out in a losing cause by a 20.30 point effort from Tony Romo, who got by the Washington Redskins defense for 286 passing yards and 1 passing TD. They also got help from a 16.30 point effort from Marion Barber, who snuck past the Washington Redskins defense for 63 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 30 receiving yards. "We dug ourselves a deep hole," *The Big House 8 coach Brian Diller said. This brings the record for *The Pack to 14-1, and drops *The Big House 8 to a record of 11-5. | ||
